Job summary

Cadre Family Companies is seeking a Care Consultant to be a trusted link between our hospice team, healthcare professionals, patients, and families. You will educate providers on hospice eligibility and help communities understand the benefits of timely hospice involvement.

In this role, you will build long-term referral partnerships, develop strategic territory plans, and generate qualified patient referrals through consultative sales.

Qualifications

• Minimum of two (2) years of healthcare marketing, referral development, business development, or healthcare sales experience, with prior hospice experience required.
• Strong consultative selling and relationship-building skills.
• Knowledge of hospice, palliative care, post-acute care, or related healthcare services.
• Valid driver's license, reliable transportation, and a clean driving record.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop and strengthen relationships with physicians, hospitals, skilled nursing facilities, and other referral partners.
• Educate healthcare professionals on hospice eligibility, services, and the benefits of early involvement.
• Build long-term partnerships founded on trust, collaboration, and exceptional service.
