Job summary

Cadre Family Companies is seeking a Community Relations Rep to connect our hospice team with healthcare professionals, patients, and families. You will build meaningful referral partnerships, educate on hospice eligibility, and raise awareness of compassionate care available.

Through relationship-building and community outreach, you will help connect patients to timely end-of-life services, represent Cadre across events, and support growth while delivering exceptional patient and referral

Qualifications

• Two years or more in healthcare marketing, referral development, or healthcare sales with hospice experience.
• Strong consultative sales and relationship-building skills.
• Knowledge of hospice or palliative care services.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
• Excellent communication and presentation abilities.

Responsibilities

• Develop and strengthen relationships with physicians, hospitals, SNFs, assisted living and other referral partners.
• Educate healthcare professionals on hospice eligibility, services, and benefits.
• Build long-term partnerships founded on trust, collaboration, and service.
• Develop strategic territory plans to increase Cadre Hospice awareness.
• Generate qualified referrals through consultative sales and relationship-building.
• Collaborate with branch leadership to support growth and patient access.
• Represent Cadre Hospice at community events and educational programs.
