Cadre Family Companies is seeking a Community Relations Rep to connect our hospice team with healthcare professionals, patients, and families. You will educate professionals about hospice eligibility and benefits, and build strong referral networks to help more patients access compassionate end‑of‑life care.

You will lead community outreach, develop territory plans, and partner with branch leadership to sustain growth. Join a team focused on meaningful impact and outstanding service.

Competenze

• Minimum of two years in healthcare marketing, referral development, business development, or healthcare sales.
• Prior hospice experience required.
• Valid driver's license, reliable transportation.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
• Knowledge of hospice, palliative care or related services is a plus.

Mansioni

• Develop and strengthen relationships with physicians, hospitals, SNFs, and other referral partners.
• Educate healthcare professionals on hospice eligibility, services, and early involvement benefits.
• Build long-term partnerships founded on trust, collaboration, and service.
• Develop strategic territory plans to raise Cadre Hospice awareness in the community.
• Generate qualified referrals through consultative sales and relationship-building.
