Job summary

Cadre Family Companies is seeking a Community Relations Rep to connect our hospice team with physicians, hospitals, skilled nursing facilities, and community partners. You’ll develop referral partnerships, educate healthcare professionals about hospice eligibility, and help patients and families access compassionate end-of-life care.

By focusing on relationship-building, outreach, and collaboration with clinical and operations leaders, you’ll play a key role in expanding access to quality

Qualifications

• Minimum of two years in healthcare marketing or sales with hospice experience.
• Strong consultative sales and relationship-building skills.
• Knowledge of hospice, palliative care, or post-acute services.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.

Responsibilities

• Develop and strengthen relationships with physicians, hospitals, SNFs, and referral partners.
• Educate healthcare professionals on hospice eligibility and benefits.
• Build long-term partnerships founded on trust and service.
• Develop strategic territory plans to increase community awareness.
• Represent Cadre at community events and professional networks.
