Job summary

Continuum Hospice is seeking a self-driven Community Liaison to serve the Boston & South Shore area. This hospice marketer will build trust-based relationships with referral sources, physicians, and healthcare partners to drive census growth and access to compassionate care.

The role emphasizes outreach, education, and collaboration with medical professionals, with a generous sign-on bonus and comprehensive benefits. Must be willing to drive and maintain reliable transportation.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in related field preferred.
• Minimum two (2) years of sales/marketing experience in healthcare.
• Hospice/palliative marketing experience strongly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Establish and nurture relationships with physicians and healthcare partners to strengthen collaboration and trust within the medical community.
• Serve as a passionate advocate for hospice services by conducting regular outreach that reflects commitment to compassionate, high-quality care.
• Grow presence by positioning hospice as the provider of choice across the service area and help exceed growth and census goals.
• Drive referral growth through regular visits with referring physicians, hospital discharge planners, SNFs, social workers, and other healthcare professionals.
• Lead initial conversations about hospice care, explain services and philosophy, and obtain consent with empathy and respect.
