Holisticare Hospice in New Jersey seeks a self-driven Community Liaison (Hospice Marketer / Sales Representative) to cover the Southern Ocean County area. You’ll build relationships with referral sources, physicians, and healthcare partners to grow census and awareness of our compassionate hospice services.

The role offers a $5,000 sign-on bonus and a strong benefits package, supporting growth in a mission-driven, collaborative culture that values patient-centered care.

Qualifications

• Minimum two (2) years of sales/marketing experience in healthcare.
• Hospice/palliative marketing experience strongly preferred.
• Skilled at establishing/maintaining relationships with key staff and physicians.
• Proven ability to generate and maintain relationships with healthcare professionals.
• Prior clinical experience is a plus.
• Must be willing to drive with reliable transportation and auto insurance.

Responsabilités

• Establish and nurture relationships with physicians and healthcare partners.
• Serve as a passionate advocate for hospice services through outreach.
• Grow presence by promoting hospice as provider of choice in the service area.
• Drive referral growth through regular visits with referring physicians and healthcare staff.
• Lead initial conversations about hospice care and obtain informed consent with empathy.
