Job summary

St. Croix Hospice seeks a Marketing and Referral Engagement professional in Minnesota to cultivate relationships with referral sources and educate communities about hospice care. You will assist intake to ensure timely referrals and coordinate marketing initiatives.

You will meet admission targets, manage CRM activities, and collaborate with leadership to align market plans with budget goals while expanding service reach across territories.

Qualifications

• Associate degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Healthcare, or related field.
• Ability to position services to customers tactfully.
• Demonstrates strong communication, negotiation, and public relations skills.
• Exhibits autonomy, organization, and flexibility in performing responsibilities.

Responsibilities

• Meet admission and call volume targets.
• Coordinate daily sales and marketing operations including marketing initiatives.
• Build and monitor perceptions of St. Croix Hospice as a high-quality provider.
• Document all sales activity in the CRM per requirements.
• Employ marketing initiatives to achieve budgeted sales volumes.
• Maintain knowledge of markets, payers, referral sources, and competitors.
• Improve communication among patient, family, caregiver, facility, and care team.
• Educate patients and families about hospice and support informed decisions.
