Job summary

St. Croix Hospice is seeking a Marketing/Sales Liaison in Oakdale, MN to develop and maintain strong referral relationships and provide education on hospice care. You will assist intake to ensure timely referral coordination and support marketing initiatives across territories.

The role focuses on achieving admission targets, coordinating campaigns, and building positive perceptions of the organization as a high-quality care provider. Collaborative teamwork and CRM documentation are essential.

Qualifications

• Associates degrees in Marketing, Business Administration, Healthcare, or related field.
• Ability to position services to customers and clients with tact.
• Demonstrates strong communication, negotiation, and public relations skills.

Responsibilities

• Meet admission and call volume targets.
• Coordinates daily sales and marketing operations including implementation of marketing initiatives.
• Build and monitor customer perceptions of St. Croix Hospice as a high-quality provider of services.
• Document all sales activity in the CRM per organizational requirements.
• Employs marketing and promotional initiatives to achieve budgetary sales volume projections.
• Maintains knowledge of markets, government agencies, payer groups, referral sources, and competitors.
