Responsibilities

• Develop and grow referral relationships with physicians, clinics, eldercare facilities, and community partners.
• Make outbound calls and in-person visits to local businesses and healthcare providers.
• Use market data to identify and pursue new opportunities.
• Provide engaging presentations and in-services to educate referral sources about our programs and outcomes.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth referral-to-admission processes.
• Represent Varco at community events and activities.
• Deliver daily reports and updates to the administrator.
• Help remove barriers to care and follow up to ensure successful admissions.
