Varco Home Health and Hospice is seeking a Hospice Marketing Liaison to expand our presence in the Houston area. This role emphasizes compassionate outreach, educating providers and families, and representing a trusted brand in community settings.

You will develop referral relationships with physicians and eldercare facilities, make calls and visits, present our programs, and collaborate with teams to smooth referrals to admissions.

Qualifications

• A relationship-driven go-getter with a passion for hospice care and service.
• Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
• Knowledge of regulatory standards and compliance in healthcare.
• Polite, courteous, and respectful with clients and coworkers.
• Strong communication and public relations skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop and grow referral relationships with physicians, clinics, eldercare facilities, and community partners
• Make outbound calls and in-person visits to local businesses and healthcare providers
• Use market data to identify and pursue new business opportunities
• Provide engaging presentations and in-services to educate referral sources about our programs and outcomes
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth referral-to-admission processes
• Represent Varco at community events and activities
• Deliver daily reports and updates to the administrator
• Help remove barriers to care and follow up to ensure successful admissions
