Job summary

Varco Home Health and Hospice is seeking a Hospice Marketing Liaison to grow and strengthen our community presence. This role focuses on building referral relationships, educating providers, and representing Varco at local events to support families during challenging times.

You will meet goals through physician and facility partnerships, outbound calls, and impactful presentations, while maintaining a compassionate, mission-driven approach in Houston and surrounding areas.

Qualifications

• Strong relationship-building and networking abilities in healthcare settings.
• Track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
• Understanding of hospice care and its role in community health.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop and grow referral relationships with physicians, clinics, eldercare facilities, and community partners
• Make outbound calls and in-person visits to local businesses and healthcare providers
• Use market data to identify and pursue new business opportunities
• Provide engaging presentations and in-services to educate referral sources about our programs and outcomes
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth referral-to-admission processes
• Represent Varco at community events and activities
• Deliver daily reports and updates to the administrator
• Help remove barriers to care and follow up to ensure successful admissions
