Job summary

Varco Hospice is seeking a Hospice Marketing Liaison to grow our presence in the Houston area by building strong referral networks with physicians, clinics, eldercare facilities and community partners. The role involves outbound calls, in-person visits, and delivering engaging presentations to educate referral sources about our programs and outcomes.

You will collaborate with internal teams to streamline referrals to admissions and represent Varco at community events, delivering daily progress

Responsibilities

• Develop and grow referral relationships with physicians, clinics, eldercare facilities, and community partners.
• Make outbound calls and in-person visits to local businesses and healthcare providers.
• Use market data to identify and pursue new business opportunities.
• Provide engaging presentations and in-services to educate referral sources about programs and outcomes.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth referral-to-admission processes.
• Represent Varco at community events and activities.
• Deliver daily reports and updates to the administrator.
• Help remove barriers to care and follow up to ensure successful admissions.
