Job summary

Kline Galland Hospice seeks a detail-oriented Hospice Team Coordinator to support the interdisciplinary team and maintain smooth day-to-day operations. This non-clinical role emphasizes administrative, operational, and regulatory tasks to ensure quality patient care delivery.

You will help with scheduling, onboarding, reporting, and documentation, serving as a back-up for payroll and office management duties to maintain continuity of operations.

Responsibilities

• Provide day-to-day administrative support to hospice leadership and team members.
• Maintain operational tracking systems, reports, departmental resources, and shared tools.
• Prepare hospice invoices and support billing-related administrative functions.
• Provide backup support for payroll-related processes.
• Assist with special projects and workflow coordination.
• Assist with scheduling visit requests across hospice disciplines.
• Coordinate and communicate daily schedule changes.
• Support care coordination activities to ensure efficient service delivery.
• Collaborate with team members to resolve scheduling and workflow concerns.
• Prepare clinical bags, forms, and orientation materials for new employees.
• Coordinate orientation schedules in partnership with hospice leadership.
• Initiate technology access requests
