Job summary

Gentiva seeks an experienced Area Vice President of Hospice Operations to oversee IN North multi-site programs. You will steer strategy, ensure compliance with Medicare and CMS standards, advance growth initiatives, and lead a team of executives, clinicians, and staff to deliver exceptional patient care.

• Experience with regulatory compliance, budgets and audits.

Responsibilities

• Direct day-to-day operations and financial management across multiple hospice sites.
• Ensure Medicare/state licensing, accreditation, and CMS compliance; readiness for surveys.
• Develop referral networks to meet revenue targets and improve patient access.
• Oversee clinical quality, patient/family services, and care coordination in various settings.
• Lead executive directors, medical staff, and volunteers to optimize performance.
