Qualificações

• RN degree preferred; relevant healthcare leadership experience accepted.
• Multi-site operational leadership experience required.
• Strong knowledge of CMS regulations, CoPs, and accreditation standards.

Responsabilidades

• Direct day-to-day hospice operations across multiple sites and markets.
• Ensure regulatory readiness, surveys, audits, and licensing compliance.
• Develop and expand hospital, SNF, physician, and discharge-planner referrals to meet revenue targets.
• Provide clinical oversight across home, hospital, and long-term care settings to ensure quality patient care.
• Lead executive directors, medical staff, volunteers, and cross-functional teams to optimize care coordination.
