Job summary

Affinity Health Management is seeking a Community Liaison to lead marketing initiatives, build relationships with patients, referral sources, and payers, and support strategic planning in Ohio. You will collaborate with the Administrator, manage marketing budgets, and develop plans that align with budgeted objectives, while representing the organization

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field preferred.
• At least three years in healthcare marketing management, hospice care preferred.
• Ability to market aggressively and deal tactfully with customers and the community.
• Demonstrates strong communications, negotiation, and public relations skills.
• Shows autonomy, organization, assertiveness, flexibility and cooperation.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement daily marketing activities in collaboration with the Administrator.
• Monitor resources to align with budget limitations.
• Create a comprehensive marketing plan to meet budget targets.
• Drive marketing and promotional initiatives to achieve volume projections.
• Establish and maintain relationships with referral and payer sources.
• Shape perceptions of Affinity Health Management as a quality provider.
• Support strategic planning with opportunities for new or improved services.
• Maintain knowledge of markets, government agencies, payers, and competitors.
• Share market knowledge with appropriate organization personnel.
• Help customers access community resources when needed.
• Track and report cost effectiveness of marketing efforts.
