Job summary

CONTINUUM CARE HOSPICE, LLC is seeking a Community Liaison to lead marketing efforts, build positive relationships with customers and referral sources, and organize community events. Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred; applicable work experience may be acceptable in lieu of degree.
• At least three years’ experience in health care marketing management, preferably in hospice care operations.
• Ability to market aggressively and deal tactfully with customers and the community.
• Demonstrates good communications, negotiation, and public relations skills.

Responsibilities

• Conducts daily marketing activities and collaborates with the Administrator on marketing initiatives.
• Monitors allocation of resources according to budgetary limitations.
• Develops market assessments and a comprehensive marketing plan to meet budget projections.
• Employs marketing and promotional initiatives to achieve budget targets.
• Establishes and maintains relationships with referral and payer sources.
• Builds and monitors community, customer, and patient perceptions of Continuum Care Hospice, LLC as a high-quality provider.
• Contributes to strategic planning by identifying opportunities for improved services.
• Maintains knowledge of markets, government agencies, payer groups, referral sources, and competitors.
• Shares marketing knowledge with organization personnel.
• Assists customers in accessing community resources if services are not provided.
