Job summary

Horizons seeks a marketing liaison to bridge the Agency with the community for hospice services. You will promote programs, assist with resource planning, and ensure compliance with applicable marketing laws while collaborating with staff and medical leadership.

The role emphasizes relationship-building, community outreach, and cross-functional teamwork to grow patient referrals and service awareness.

Qualifications

• Minimum one year of sales/marketing experience in healthcare.
• 1–2 years hospice marketing experience preferred.
• Ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships with staff, governing bodies, and medical directors.

Responsibilities

• Provide liaison between the agency and the community to identify patient and family needs.
• Develop and promote hospice programs and services while maintaining quality standards.
• Ensure compliance with local, state, and federal marketing laws for the agency.
• Collaborate with administrative and supervisory personnel to direct program activities.
• Partner with interdisciplinary teams to support patient/family care.
• Establish public relations to interpret the agency's services and foster relations with physicians and community agencies.
• Perform additional duties as assigned by the Governing Body.
