Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required; bachelor’s degree preferred.
• 3+ years in health care marketing or home care operations preferred.
• Sales experience preferred; strong communication and negotiation skills.

Responsibilities

• Establish and maintain relationships with customers and referral sources.
• Develop and implement marketing plans to meet budgeted volume projections.
• Support new business development with Area Sales Manager and team.
• Promote Bridge Hospice services and manage market opportunities.
• Stay informed on government agencies, payers, and competitors’ positions.
