Job summary

Bridge Home Health & Hospice is seeking a marketing-focused professional to establish and maintain relationships with customers and referral sources within an assigned territory to promote hospice services. The role gathers account information and supports new business development with Area Sales Manager.

Responsibilities include market planning, promotion initiatives, and leadership in strategic planning to address customer needs.

Qualifications

• Experience in health care marketing management and/or home care operations.
• At least 1 year of sales experience.
• Strong ability to supervise and direct professional and administrative personnel.
• Ability to market aggressively and negotiate tactfully with customers and community.
• Knowledge of corporate business management and strong communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Develops a comprehensive marketing plan to meet bud­geted volumes.
• Uses marketing initiatives to achieve budget targets.
• Establishes and maintains relationships with referral and payer sources.
• Represents Bridge Hospice as a high-quality provider of services.
• Maintains knowledge of markets, agencies, payers, and competitors.
• Leads strategic planning to identify opportunities for new or improved services.
• Supports attendance and reliability guidelines as essential functions.
