Qualifications

High School Diploma or G.E.D. required.
Bachelor’s degree preferred.
Experience in health care marketing management and/or home care operations preferred.
At least one year sales experience preferred.
Supervise and direct professional and administrative personnel.
Able to market aggressively and work tactfully with the community.
Valid California Driver’s License with current auto insurance.

Responsibilities

Establish and maintain positive relationships with customers and referral sources.
Develop market assessments and marketing plans to meet volume goals.
Support new business development staff with education and training.
Promote Bridge Hospice as a high-quality provider through marketing initiatives.
Maintain knowledge of government agencies, payer groups, and competitors.
Lead strategic planning to identify opportunities for expanded services.
