Job summary

Bridge Home Health & Hospice seeks an experienced marketer to establish and maintain relationships with customers and referral sources in a California territory. You will gather account info, input on opportunities, and support sales with strategic planning and education with the Area Sales Manager.

You will develop marketing plans, build market awareness, and coordinate with government agencies, payers, and referral sources to promote Bridge Hospice as a high-quality provider.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or G.E.D. required.
• Bachelor’s degree preferred.
• 3+ years in health care marketing management or home care operations preferred.
• At least 1 year of sales experience preferred.
• Ability to supervise professional and administrative personnel.
• Ability to market aggressively and deal tactfully with customers and community.
• Knowledge of corporate business management.
• Excellent communications, negotiation and public relations skills.
• Demonstrates autonomy, organization, assertiveness, flexibility and cooperation.
• Must possess a valid California Driver’s License and auto insurance.

Responsibilities

• Establish and maintain positive relationships with customers and referral sources.
• Provide input on key customer opportunities and organize account information.
• Prioritize accounts per the market sales plan.
• Support new business development staff with education and training with Area Sales Manager.
• Conduct market assessments and develop marketing plans to meet budgets.
• Employ marketing and promotional initiatives to achieve budgets.
• Build and monitor perceptions of Bridge Hospice as a high-quality provider.
• Maintain knowledge of markets, payers, and competitors’ positioning.
• Share marketing knowledge with relevant organization personnel.
• Lead strategic planning to identify opportunities for services within territory.
• Adhere to attendance and reliability guidelines.
