Job summary

Bridge Home Health & Hospice is seeking a market-focused professional to establish and nurture relationships with customers and referral sources within an assigned territory to promote hospice services.

The role emphasizes developing marketing plans, leading promotional efforts, and supporting new business development with the Area Sales Manager, while maintaining in-depth knowledge of local markets and payer landscapes.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required; Bachelor's degree preferred.
• 3+ years of experience in healthcare marketing management and/or home care operations preferred.
• At least one year of sales experience preferred.
• Ability to supervise and direct professional and administrative personnel.
• Ability to market aggressively and deal tactfully with customers and the community.
• Knowledge of corporate business management.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and public relations skills.
• Autonomy, organization, assertiveness, flexibility, and cooperation in performing job responsibilities.
• Must possess a valid California Driver’s License and maintain current auto insurance.

Responsibilities

• Develops market assessments and creates a comprehensive marketing plan aligned with budget projections.
• Uses marketing and promotional initiatives to reach budgeted volumes.
• Establishes and maintains relationships with referral and payer sources.
• Builds and manages perceptions of Bridge Hospice as a high-quality provider.
• Maintains knowledge of hospice markets, government agencies, payer groups, and competitors.
