Job summary

Trustbridge Hospice, part of Empath Health, is seeking a compassionate Hospice Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our Palm Beach County team. You will work 8:30am–5pm with weekend availability, providing patient-centered hospice care under RN supervision.

• Administer medications and monitor patient status.
• Educate patients and families, provide emotional support.
• Maintain accurate documentation and coordinate with the care team.
