Job summary

Visiting Nurse Health System (VNHS) is seeking a results-driven Account Executive to grow referrals and admissions in the Metro Atlanta region. You will build and manage strategic relationships with physicians, hospitals and post-acute providers while guiding patients and families through the hospice journey with empathy and care.

The role emphasizes territory ownership, high-visibility impact, and a compassionate, patient-centered approach within a long-standing nonprofit home health provider.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in nursing, Health Administration or Business Administration required.
• 2+ years healthcare sales experience (Hospice or Home Health preferred).
• Proven track record of growing referrals and managing key accounts.
• Knowledge of the Metro Atlanta healthcare market is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Develop and expand referral relationships with physicians, hospitals, senior living communities, rehab centers and SNFs.
• Identify opportunities to grow admissions while ensuring patients receive appropriate care.
• Establish and nurture meaningful partnerships, acting as a trusted advisor to clinicians and administrators.
