- Proven track record of growing referrals, managing key accounts, and delivering measurable results.
Responsibilities
- Develop and expand referral relationships with physicians, hospitals, senior living communities, rehab centers, and SNFs.
- Identify opportunities to grow admissions while ensuring patients receive right care at the right time.
- Build territory presence as a trusted partner and compassionate advocate.
