Visiting Nurse Health System in Douglasville, GA, is hiring an Account Executive – Home Health to drive growth and expand referral relationships. You will work with physicians, hospitals, senior living communities, rehab centers, and SNFs to increase admissions while ensuring patients receive the right care at the right time.

The ideal candidate has healthcare sales experience, a proven referral track record, and a deep understanding of the Metro Atlanta market.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in nursing, Health Administration, or Business Administration.
• 2+ years of healthcare sales experience (Hospice or Home Health preferred).
• Proven track record of growing referrals, managing key accounts, and delivering measurable results.
• Knowledge of the Metro Atlanta healthcare market is a plus.
• A natural ability to connect, influence, and build trust quickly.
• Empathy, compassion, and emotional intelligence, you care deeply about the people you serve.
• Self-motivated, competitive, and confident working independently.
• Reliable transportation, valid driver’s license, and current insurance.

Responsibilities

• Develop and expand referral relationships across physicians, hospitals, senior living communities, rehab centers, and skilled nursing facilities.
• Identify and pursue opportunities that grow admissions while ensuring patients receive the right care at the right time.
• Build a strong presence in your territory as both a trusted partner and compassionate advocate.
• Establish meaningful, lasting partnerships with physicians, case managers, social workers, and healthcare leaders.
• Develop and execute a focused territory plan that balances growth with quality of care.
• Prioritize high-impact relationships while remaining responsive to patient and family needs.
• Lead with energy, integrity, and compassion in every interaction.
