Job summary

TriHealth Hospice is seeking a Registered Nurse to deliver holistic care to patients and families in a field/home-care setting within the central Cincinnati region. You will collaborate with physicians and the care team to meet patient needs and ensure comfort and dignity at all stages of life.

Qualifications

• Requires an Associate's Degree or Diploma in Nursing.
• New hires must obtain a BSN within 5 years of hire.
• Up to 1 year of clinical nursing experience.

Responsibilities

• Performs initial and ongoing patient/family assessments.
• Plans and coordinates patient care with the health care team.
• Provides safe, therapeutic nursing care and documents accordingly.
• Educates patients and families and supports discharge planning.
• administers medications and treatments per policy.
