Job summary

TriHealth Hospice is seeking a dedicated Registered Nurse to support patients and families in home‑care settings within the Greater Cincinnati region. You will collaborate with physicians and the care team to uphold comfort, dignity, and continuity of care.

The role requires independence in home care, strong communication, and compassionate patient‑centered practice. A BSN must be earned within five years, with a full‑time day shift. Mileage reimbursement is provided for local travel.

Qualifications

• Associate's Degree or Diploma in Nursing required.
• BSN must be obtained within 5 years of hire.
• Up to 1 year clinical in nursing.
• Knowledge, judgment, and skills from nursing sciences to meet complex health care needs.

Responsibilities

• Performs initial and ongoing assessment of patient and family.
• Plans care for patient and family based on assessment and standards of care.
• Maintains a safe, therapeutic environment, respecting patient autonomy and dignity.
• Safely administers medications/treatments and monitors effects.
• Collaborates with physicians and health care team to revise plan of care as needed.
