Job summary

UnitedHealth Group is seeking an Account Executive in Alabama Hospice Care of Birmingham to drive sales strategy and expand market share. You will educate the medical community on home health and hospice services while coordinating with referral sources and agencies.

You will develop relationships, document activities, and tailor solutions to customer needs, operating within a defined budget and earning referrals through effective communication and service delivery.

Qualifications

• Current Driver's License and access to a dependable vehicle or public transportation.
• Excellent presentation, negotiation and relationship-building skills.
• Solid computer skills in Microsoft Outlook and CRM software requirements.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain relationships with target referral sources to execute growth strategy.
• Implement, manage, and document sales activities with multiple contacts per source.
• Understand customer needs to provide customized solutions and earn referrals.
• Expand awareness of services within the healthcare community.
• Serve as a liaison between referral sources, patients and agencies.
