Trinity Hospice in Tulsa, OK is seeking a Hospice Business Development Executive to build and maintain physician and facility referrals. You will educate providers and families about hospice eligibility, benefits, and services, while promoting the organization in the local market.

The role emphasizes relationship-building, healthcare sales experience, and regulatory knowledge, with responsibilities spanning cross-functional collaboration and community representation.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred.
• Minimum of one year in hospice sales, marketing, or physician/community liaison roles.
• Established network of referral sources with a track record of generating hospice referrals.
• Strong knowledge of hospice services, Medicare guidelines, and the referral process.
• Excellent relationship-building, communication, and presentation skills.
• Ability to work independently, manage a territory, and achieve census growth.

Responsibilities

• Promote Trinity Hospice in the local market to support patient admissions.
• Develop and maintain relationships with physicians, facilities, and case managers to generate referrals.
• Educate providers, patients, and families on hospice eligibility and services.
• Ensure all marketing activities comply with regulations and policies.
• Collaborate with clinical, admissions, and leadership teams to drive growth.
• Support marketing programs with administrative coordination.
• Represent Trinity Hospice at community events and professional meetings.
• Monitor referral activity and identify growth opportunities within the territory.
• Maintain professional relationships and deliver excellent customer service.
