Qualifications

Previous hospice or healthcare marketing experience preferred.
Experience building relationships with physicians, hospitals, SNFs, and home health agencies.
Excellent communication, presentation, networking, and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

Develop and maintain relationships with hospitals, physician offices, SNFs, assisted living, home health agencies, and other referral partners.
Conduct routine sales and relationship-building calls within the assigned territory.
Educate referral sources regarding hospice philosophy, services, eligibility guidelines, and the referral/admission process.
Identify new referral opportunities and develop strategies to increase appropriate hospice referrals.
Maintain regular communication and follow-up with existing referral partners.
Coordinate with clinical and admissions teams to ensure timely response to referrals.
