Job summary

Trinity Hospice in Richmond, VA is seeking a Hospice Business Development Executive to develop and maintain referral relationships with physicians, hospitals, skilled nursing facilities, and other healthcare professionals to promote hospice services and generate patient referrals.

You will educate providers, patients, and families about hospice eligibility, benefits, and services, and drive census growth through strategic partnerships.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred.
• Minimum of 1 year hospice sales/marketing experience.
• Established network of referral sources.
• Strong knowledge of hospice services and Medicare guidelines.
• Excellent relationship-building and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain referral relationships with physicians, hospitals and other healthcare professionals.
• Promote Trinity Hospice services to drive patient referrals and census growth.
• Educate providers, patients and families on hospice eligibility and benefits.
• Collaborate with clinical and leadership teams to support growth and patient transitions.
• Represent Trinity Hospice at community events and professional meetings.
