Job summary

TruHeart Hospice is seeking an energetic Hospice Marketer / Community Liaison to join our team in Oklahoma. The role focuses on building professional relationships with hospitals, physician offices, SNFs, and other partners to grow hospice awareness and referrals.

You will educate healthcare professionals and the community about hospice services, identify referral opportunities, and collaborate with clinical and admissions teams to ensure timely access to care.

Qualifications

• Experience in hospice or healthcare marketing preferred.
• Ability to build relationships with physicians, hospitals, and referral partners.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and networking skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain referral relationships with hospitals, physician offices, SNFs, assisted living, senior living, home health agencies, and other partners.
• Educate referral sources regarding hospice philosophy, services, eligibility guidelines, and the referral/admission process.
• Identify new referral opportunities and develop strategies to increase appropriate hospice referrals.
• Coordinate closely with the clinical and admissions teams to help ensure timely response to referrals.
• Represent TruHeart Hospice at community events, healthcare networking events, facility meetings, educational programs, and professional organizations.
