Job summary

Infinity Hospice Care is seeking an Account Executive for the East Valley Phoenix area to drive referral growth by building strategic relationships with physicians, hospitals, and partners. You will own territory expansion, execute outreach strategies, and connect patients with hospice services.

The role emphasizes professional relationship management, travel within the territory, and collaboration with care teams to promote high-quality end-of-life care and market growth.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in marketing or related field or equivalent professional experience.
• Minimum of two (2) years of hospice sales or related industry experience with growth.
• Establishing and maintaining professional relationships with internal and external teams.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office; CRM experience preferred.
• Excellent oral communication and self-direction.

Responsibilities

• Develops business partnerships by making effective sales calls and presentations.
• Grow and promote hospice programs and services within the assigned territory.
• Serve as liaison between referral partners and agencies; communicate new products and services.
• Prepare monthly tracking reports on referral sources and market changes.
• Collaborate with Intake and clinical staff to ensure effective communication with providers.
