Job summary

Infinity Hospice Care, part of the LCHH family, seeks a Hospice Account Executive for the Northern Nevada rural market. You will own territory expansion, develop relationships with physicians, hospitals, and referral partners, and connect more patients to hospice services.

This role offers a strong compensation package with base plus commission, 401(k), health and life benefits, ongoing education, and a supportive team focused on clinical excellence in home-based care.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in marketing or related field or equivalent experience.
• Minimum of two years in hospice sales or related industry with growth results.
• Proven ability to build professional relationships with internal and external teams.

Responsibilities

• Develop territory plans to achieve growth goals with physicians, facilities, and community agencies.
• Foster relationships with physicians, third-party payors, and referral sources.
• Make effective sales calls and presentations to targeted referral sources.
• Communicate program offerings and new services to providers and care teams.
• Meet with patients and families to discuss home care services and manage expectations.
• Maintain CRM records, logs, and follow-up plans for referral sources.
