Qualifications

• 2 years of total progressive health care sales experience.
• 1 year of management experience.
• Ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships with staff, the lay and professional public, the Board of Directors, Advisory Board, and Medical Director.
• Shall read, write and comprehend English.

Responsibilities

• Promote and exemplify Company mission, vision and values at all times.
• Hire, orient, train and evaluate performance of Account Executives involved in Account Executive activities related to the Company.
• Evaluate the performance of Account Executives' ability to initiate/maintain contact with physicians, hospital departments, and health care facilities.
• Maintain positive relationships with physicians, hospital personnel and the community to ensure open lines of communication to facilitate and improve care.
• Develop yearly Account Executive plan and financial resources to conduct them.
