Job summary

Constellation Health Services is seeking a Hospice & Palliative Care Liaison to join our Canton, MA sales team. The role focuses on expanding referrals by building relationships with social workers, case managers, physicians and other decision-makers in Hospitals, SNFs, ALFs and clinics.

Qualified candidates have at least three years of healthcare marketing/sales experience (hospice preferred) plus strong planning, presentation and interpersonal skills.

Qualifications

• A minimum of three years of healthcare marketing/sales experience is required; hospice sales experience preferred.
• Excellent planning, organization and presentation skills are critical.
• Clinical background is a plus.
• Proven ability to develop and implement a sales and marketing plan.
• Bachelor's degree preferred.
• Excellent oral/written, communication and interpersonal skills.
• Highly motivated, results-driven, and able to build lasting relationships.

Responsibilities

• Generate referrals for the hospice program by building relationships with social workers, case managers, wellness directors, physicians, and other decision-makers.
• Conduct market analysis, develop a sales strategy, set quarterly goals and plans, perform sales calls, and evaluate results and effectiveness.
