Constellation Health Services is seeking a Hospice & Palliative Care Liaison to join our Canton, MA sales team. The role focuses on expanding referrals by building relationships with social workers, case managers, physicians and other decision-makers in Hospitals, SNFs, ALFs and clinics.

Qualified candidates have at least three years of healthcare marketing/sales experience (hospice preferred) plus strong planning, presentation and interpersonal skills.

• A minimum of three years of healthcare marketing/sales experience is required; hospice sales experience preferred.
• Excellent planning, organization and presentation skills are critical.
• Clinical background is a plus.
• Proven ability to develop and implement a sales and marketing plan.
• Bachelor's degree preferred.
• Excellent oral/written, communication and interpersonal skills.
• Highly motivated, results-driven, and able to build lasting relationships.

Responsabilidades

Constellation Hospice is seeking an energetic, dynamic individual to work as part of our hospice sales team as a Hospice & Palliative Care Liaison. The Liaison will be responsible for expanding business opportunities in Hospitals, Skilled Nursing Facilities, Assisted Living Facilities and Physician Offices.This role will serve our Canton, MA area.
