Job summary

Compassus seeks a Hospice Care Consultant (HCC) to promote Compassus values and grow market share by building strong relationships with healthcare providers and identifying eligible patients for admission.

The role requires resilience, compassion, and the ability to meet weekly admissions and market share targets. You may work evenings/weekends to ensure timely patient support and care.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business strongly preferred.
• Five (5) plus years of successful sales experience in relevant roles.
• Proven track record of meeting / exceeding sales goals with ability to grow new accounts.
• Excellent customer relationship management skills driving growth in long-standing accounts.

Responsibilities

• Drive growth within the assigned book of business by opening new accounts and expanding existing accounts.
• Secure referrals from physicians, staff, and administrators and partner with operations to ensure rapid admissions.
• Meet or exceed weekly performance goals and grow productivity with tenure-based expectations.
• Cultivate strong relationships with referral sources using a consultative sales approach.
• Demonstrate compassion and empathy to patients and families in hospice care.
