CONTINUUM CARE HOSPICE, LLC in Honolulu, HI seeks a Community Liaison to drive local marketing efforts, build relationships with customers and referral sources, and represent the organization at community events.

The role requires a Bachelor’s degree in marketing or related field and 3+ years in healthcare marketing, preferably in hospice/home care. Strong communication, negotiation, and public relations skills are essential.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field preferred.
• At least three years’ experience in health care marketing management, hospice experience preferred.
• Ability to market aggressively and engage with customers and the community.
• Strong communications, negotiation, and public relations skills.
• Demonstrates initiative, organization, autonomy and flexibility in performing responsibilities.

Responsabilidades

• Conducts daily marketing activities and collaborates with Administrator on marketing initiatives.
• Monitors resources allocation within budget.
• Develops market assessments and comprehensive marketing plans.
• Implements marketing initiatives to hit budget targets.
• Establishes and maintains relationships with referral sources and payers.
• Shapes community perceptions of CONTINUUM CARE HOSPICE, LLC as a high-quality provider.
• Contributes to strategic planning and identifies opportunities for services.
• Keeps up-to-date knowledge of markets, agencies, payers, and competitors.
• Shares market knowledge with organization personnel.
• Helps customers access community resources when services are not provided.
• Monitors and reports cost effectiveness of marketing efforts.
