Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred; applicable work experience may be acceptable in lieu of degree at Administrator’s discretion.
• At least three years in health care marketing management, preferably hospice/home care.
• Ability to market aggressively and interact tactfully with customers and community.
• Strong communications, negotiation and public relations skills.
• Shows autonomy, organization, adaptability and team cooperation.

Responsibilities

• Execute daily marketing activities and implement marketing initiatives with Administrator.
• Monitor resource allocation within budget constraints.
• Develop and execute a comprehensive marketing plan to meet volume projections.
• Drive marketing campaigns to achieve budgeted volume.
• Establish and maintain relationships with referral sources and payers.
• Promote CONTINUUM CARE HOSPICE, LLC as a high-quality provider in the community.
• Contribute to strategic planning and identify opportunities for expanded services.
• Develop knowledge of local markets, government agency contacts and major payers.
• Share market insights with relevant staff.
• Help customers access community resources when services are not provided.
