Qualifications

• Ability to market aggressively and deal tactfully with customers and the community.

Responsibilities

• Conduct daily marketing activities and collaborate on marketing initiatives.
• Monitor resources according to budget constraints.
• Develop a comprehensive marketing plan to meet volume projections.
• Implement marketing and promotional efforts to achieve targets.
• Establish and maintain relationships with referral and payer sources.
• Enhance perceptions of Continuum Care Hospice, LLC as a high‑quality provider.
• Contribute to strategic planning and identify opportunities for new services.
• Maintain knowledge of relevant markets, agencies, payers, and competitors.
• Share market knowledge with organization personnel.
• Help customers access community resources when needed.
• Monitor and report cost effectiveness of marketing efforts.
