Job summary

SunCrest Hospice, part of the LHC Group and UnitedHealth Group family, is seeking an Account Executive to execute the sales strategy and increase market share by developing referral sources and educating the medical community on our hospice services.

You will manage relationships with referral sources, document sales activities, and collaborate with care teams to deliver compassionate end-of-life care. This role requires 2+ years in hospice or home health sales and strong communication skills.

Qualifications

• Valid driver's license with access to a reliable vehicle or public transit.
• Excellent presentation, negotiation and relationship-building skills.
• Solid computer skills including Microsoft Outlook and CRM software.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain relationships with target referral sources to drive growth.
• Document and manage sales activities across multiple contacts per source.
• Understand customer needs to provide customized solutions and referrals.
• Expand service awareness and support community education.
• Act as liaison between referral sources, patients, families, and agencies.
