Job summary

Star Hospice, part of LHC Group and a member of the Optum family, seeks an Account Executive to execute the sales strategy, grow market share, and educate the medical community on services while operating within a set budget.

You will build relationships with referral sources and act as the liaison between providers, patients and agencies, documenting activities in CRM and presenting customized solutions to drive referrals.

Qualifications

• Current Driver's License and access to a dependable vehicle or public transportation.
• Demonstrated excellent presentation, negotiation and relationship-building skills.
• Solid computer skills in Microsoft Outlook and CRM software requirements.
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain relationships with target referral sources to grow market share.
• Implement, manage, and document consistent sales activities with multiple contacts in each referral source.
• Understand customer needs to provide customized solutions and earn new referrals.
• Expand awareness of solutions within the healthcare community and among referral sources.
• Serve as liaison between referral sources, patients/families, and agencies.
