Elara Caring in the United States is seeking an Account Executive to generate admissions and grow patient census in a designated territory. This outside sales role focuses on marketing clinical programs and outcomes to become a top home care provider in our communities.

You will work with a broad range of medical professionals to connect Elara Caring’s high-quality in-home care to eligible patients and families.

Qualifications

• Minimum Bachelor’s degree in Business or related field.
• Self-motivated with ability to work independently as well as with teams.
• Proven sales acumen with results in healthcare or post-acute markets.
• Strong understanding of referral sources and decision makers.

Responsibilities

• Generate admissions and grow patient census in a designated territory.
• Drive sales, growth, and marketing of clinical programs to providers.
