Job summary

Workforce Recruiter is seeking a Hospice Sales / Liaison for Rossville and surrounding areas. The role targets experienced hospice/home health sales professionals with established referral-source networks.

You will develop, maintain and expand relationships with physicians, hospitals, discharge planners, case managers, SNFs and senior living communities to drive census growth and smooth transitions into care.

Qualifications

• Hospice and/or Home Health Sales experience required.
• Minimum 3 years of healthcare sales, marketing, business development or referral-development experience strongly preferred.
• Established local contacts/referral sources strongly preferred.
• Local market knowledge, job stability and proven, verifiable performance are must-haves.
• Ability to establish and expand relationships with diverse referral sources.
• Familiarity with CRM/contact management software preferred.
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work independently in the field.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, relationship-driven healthcare environment.

Responsibilities

• Develop, expand and maintain strong referral-source relationships across the assigned market.
• Represent hospice services professionally with referral partners, patients, families and community partners.
• Identify new referral opportunities and strengthen existing accounts through consistent outside sales activity.
• Work closely with internal clinical and operations teams to support appropriate referrals and smooth transitions into care.
