Job summary

RRC Solutions Group is seeking a dedicated Hospice Sales Liaison for Rossville, GA and surrounding areas. This field-based role focuses on developing and maintaining referral-source relationships with physicians, hospitals, discharge planners, case managers, and senior living communities to grow census.

The ideal candidate has hospice or home health sales experience, a proven referral network in the local market, and the ability to work independently with reliable transportation.

Qualifications

• Hospice and/or Home Health Sales experience required.
• Minimum 2 years of healthcare sales/marketing/referral-development experience strongly preferred.
• Established local contacts/referral sources strongly preferred.
• Local market knowledge, job stability and proven, verifiable performance are must-haves.
• Ability to establish and expand relationships with diverse referral sources.
• Familiarity with CRM/contact management software preferred.
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work independently in the field.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, relationship-driven healthcare environment.
• Reliable transportation, valid driver’s license and current auto insurance required.

Responsibilities

• Develop, expand and maintain strong referral-source relationships across the assigned market.
• Represent hospice services professionally with referral partners, patients, families and community partners.
• Identify new referral opportunities and strengthen existing accounts through consistent outside sales activity.
• Work closely with internal clinical and operations teams to support appropriate referrals and smooth transitions into care.
