Job summary

Accounting Search is seeking a Hospice Sales Liaison in the Rossville area to grow census by developing and maintaining referral relationships with physicians, hospitals, discharge planners, case managers, SNFs, and senior living communities. The role requires hospice and/or home health sales experience and strong local market knowledge to drive consistent account management and referrals.

Qualifications

• Hospice or home health sales experience required.
• Minimum 3 years in healthcare sales, marketing or business development.
• Established local contacts/referral sources preferred.
• Ability to work independently in the field and manage diverse referral sources.

Responsibilities

• Develop, expand and maintain strong referral-source relationships across the assigned market.
• Represent hospice services professionally with referral partners, patients, families and community partners.
• Identify new referral opportunities and strengthen existing accounts through outside sales activity.
• Work with internal clinical and operations teams to support referrals and transitions into care.
