Job summary

United Future is seeking a Hospice Sales Liaison to cover Rossville and surrounding areas. The role focuses on developing and expanding referral-source relationships with physicians, hospitals, discharge planners, and other healthcare partners to drive census growth and smooth transitions into care.

Qualifications

Minimum 3 years of healthcare sales, marketing, business development or referral-development experience strongly preferred.
Established local contacts/referral sources strongly preferred.
Local market knowledge, job stability and proven, verifiable performance are must-haves.
Ability to establish and expand relationships with diverse referral sources.

Responsibilities

Develop, expand and maintain strong referral-source relationships across the assigned market.
Represent hospice services professionally with referral partners, patients, families and community partners.
Identify new referral opportunities and strengthen existing accounts through consistent outside sales activity.
Work closely with internal clinical and operations teams to support appropriate referrals and smooth transitions into care.
